End of Line Stock

This products will be replaced by newer models, different colour variations, or have other design changes by the brands, so they are clearing out their stock rooms to make room for updated versions.

Customer Open-Box Returns

These are products have been previously purchased and returned by customers. This can be for various reasons, for example they may have changed their minds, unwanted gifts etc.

These items may have some slight cosmetic damage, scratches, or replaced parts, but they have all been thoroughly inspected and graded by the brands themselves.

This category only includes items graded A or B:

• Grade A: Like new condition, with little to no signs of use or cosmetic damage.
• Grade B: Good condition, with minor cosmetic blemishes or wear.

Customer Closed-Box Returns

These items are brand new and untouched and in perfect condition.

Returns are often sent to a different warehouse to where they are shipped - which makes it more expensive to sort them back in.
